Distinguishable features: He has a sort of head creast with a horn with four gems on top, he has ice wings and ice crystal on his feet*it can be painted on instead*he also has a mane of ice crystals around his neck.
Other: (eg, if your pony wears glasses, etc) he has a a necklace of silver witha crysal stne hanging from his necklace oh and a ribbon wrapped around his tail with blue feather/ice cryslas on the end.
