My Birthday Present i got for myself ..
Winters Dream is a merpony
She has a sculpted tail in apoxie sculpt which was painted in white
and blue pearl paints and acetate fins on the end and the sides with irridescent film and a ton of micro beads.

and white glow in the dark hair and placed it up into a bun.
